Blogroll

At the peak of blogging in the 2000s, many blogs featured a “blogroll” listing other blogs the creator read and recommended. Few websites still call themselves blogs, but here I adopt a functional definition: If it has an RSS or Atom feed, it’s a blog. By extension, if you use Kill the Newsletter! to produce a feed for an email newsletter, it becomes a blog. Podcasts are, as they were once called, audioblogs. I regularly read and listen to these blogs, so this is my blogroll.

Blogs highlighted share creators with others, either adjacent to them or in other categories. Classification is experimental and subjective.

I read using Reeder Classic and listen using Overcast.
